【摘要】 偏中心是准分子激光角膜屈光手术的常见现象，严重的偏中心可造成患者术后裸眼视力和最佳矫正视力下降、眩光、光晕、单眼复视、不规则散光、眼高阶像差增加等，影响患者术后视觉质量和手术效果。飞秒激光手术尤其是微小切口透镜取出术（SMILE）也许同样存在偏中心问题。现就准分子激光偏中心发生原因、临床表现以及预防和治疗问题作一综述，也许有助于飞秒激光角膜屈光手术偏中心研究。

【Abstract】 Decentration is a common postoperative complication of excimer laser corneal refractive surgery， and severe decentration can result in the decline of UCVA and BCVA and visual symptoms such as glare， halo， monodiplopia， irregular astigmatism and ocular higher order aberrations increased and thus affect the patients′ visual quality and operation effects. Decentrantion also exists in small incision lenticule extraction （SMILE）. The article is about causes， clinical manifestation， prevention and treatment of decentration， and it also does good for the studying of the decentration in SMILE.
